Come Walk with a Doc on Saturday, December 7th at Southside Park, Sacramento, and take a step toward better health!
Registration starts at 8:30 am. Walk event starts at 9:00 am.
Take this opportunity to do something good for your body and chat with a local physician.
This Walk will be lead by Vanessa McGowan, MD, UC Davis Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Fellow.
We will be walking a loop of 1.46 miles (2 loops of the park).
Directions:
From I-80 Bus E
- Take the 5th St exit toward Downtown
- Turn left onto X St
- Take the 2nd left onto 8th St
- Take left onto T Street
- Meet us on the T Street side of the park.
- Look for our signs!
- From I-80 Bus W
- Take the exit toward Downtown/10th Street
- Merge onto W St
- Turn right onto 8th St
- Take left onto T Street
- Meet us on the T Street side of the park.
- Look for our signs!
