The second of three, free, no-obligation risk management presentations hosted by The Cooperative of American Physicians, Inc. (CAP) and the Sierra Sacramento Valley Medical Society (SSVMS).
 
This presentation will describe how staff can play a key role in enhancing patient satisfaction and patient safety, including effective risk management plan and tools for the practitioner office; key operational risk areas and ideas to reduce risk; staff "Scope of Practice" issues with licensed and non-licensed office staff; critical issues of medical record documentation (paper vs/ EMR); and methods to increase Patient Satisfaction and Patient Safety.
