Dates: Saturday, September 14, 8:00am -- 7:30pm (includes dinner) AND Sunday, September 15, 8:00am -- 12 noon.

The Leader's Toolkit is a two-day interactive seminar designed for physicians interested in leadership roles. Topics include:
- Strategic planning and execution
- Building your team (hiring and firing)
- Leading your team
- Setting priorities and managing your time
- Managing meetings: running a meeting, parliamentary procedure
- Managing your organization's money
- Managing your message: Communicating by email, one-on-one, having difficult conversations, negotiating
This program is FREE for SSVMS/CMA members, and all meals will be provided. Participants will be require to purchase a set of leadership and reference books (list will be provided), estimated to cost between $150 - $200.
