The Anatomy of a Lawsuit and How to Mitigate Risk
The Cooperative of American Physicians, Inc. (CAP) is proud to join the Sierra Sacramento Valley Medical Society (SSVMS) in hosting a series of free, no-obligation risk management presentations designed to help physicians run safer, more successful practices.
Our first presentation, The Anatomy of a Lawsuit and How to Mitigate Risk, will offer practical tips to help physicians reduce the chance of being named in a malpractice lawsuit and maintain positive doctor-patient relationships.
You will also learn from examples of past cases the do's and don'ts of a lawsuit, and how best to prepare yourself if faced with a lawsuit.
